I am a researcher in sociology at the Swedish Institute for Social Research (SOFI), Stockholm University and affiliated to the Institute for Futures Studies.
My research primarily concerns inequality in education. I study, amongst other things, the association between different aspects of family recourses during upbringing and children’s educational performance and attainment as youth and adults.
At the Swedish Institute for Social Research I work within the VR funded project Hur påverkar utbildningssystemen etnisk och social ojämlikhet? Skiktning, segregation och sociala nätverk i europeiska skolor. I am also part of the CILS4EUproject, a longitudinal school survey of youth in four European countries (Sweden, England, Germany and the Netherlands).
