Mårten Schultz

Professor of Civil Law

I am Professor of civil law at Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law, Faculty of Law, Stockholm University. Previously I have been Professor of civil law at Uppsala University.

My research focuses on issues of rights and responsibilities. In recent years, I have devoted myself to internet related violations, commercial liability issues and rights violations.
