Countering Across Contours - A Collective Conversation: Workshop, film screening and discussion
Venue: Masthuggsterrassen 3, Göteborg A methods workshop, work-in-progress screening, and open discussion bringing together participants, media, and approaches from the three year artistic research proj. We will engage with group efforts to offer new visual approaches to hidden struggles within transport, data, and logistics industries—workers, stories, and vantage points that have been “ghosted” from dominant narratives. Through the concept of a collectively investigated counter-aesthetics we will examine how art practices embedded within or alongside labour organizing and social movements, seeing and sensing systems of power, production, and resistance.
