Sofiya Voytiv

My research interests include gender and social networks, the Russian-Ukrainian war and its effects on migrant and diasporic individuals (conflict deterritorialization), and mixed methods perspective in social science.

At IFFS I study networks of men and women in business schools in Sweden and Finland, "Where corporate networks are born". In this project we longitudinally investigate how social networks of students evolve and what role they have in their studies and careers.
