As the head of HR and office, I have the overall responsibility for all HR areas of the institute, such as employments, workplace safety, wage survey, regulatory compliance, etc. Within office services and facilities, I am responsible for front office and the organizational structure around the institute's research seminars and workshops.
In my role as a senior research coordinator, I provide support to researchers in the application process and coordinate and monitor research projects financially, with a particular focus on developing IFFS’s support for EU applications and ongoing EU projects.
