ABSTRACT
Taking an organisational perspective on mergers and acquisitions Sophie Nachemson-Ekwall draws from finance, management and law to give a new perspective on how to enhance sustainable value creation in Swedish public corporations in the age of globalized markets, free capital movements, increased competition and the need to rethink how different organisational actors can contribute to the growth of the Swedish market economy.
