Jan O. Jonsson is Professor of Sociology at the Institute for Social Research at Stockholm University, and an Official Fellow of Nuffield College, Oxford University. The Swedish Council for Working Life and Social Research (FAS) has decided to fund his large-scale project Children’s living conditions in a changing society: Socioeconomic and ethnic inequality.
